The dangers of &quot;locking&quot; things down is outweighed by the need to stop the technical world from time to time and reestablish a new platform or foundation from which to move forward. In essence, your book has done this. It is an excellent consolidation of where sales automation is today and provides pointers as to where we should be going if we are to truly harness the full capabilities automation as a tool to improve our ability to sell even more effectively.</description>
